Children ages 5 and older are invited to participate in the Kid’s LEGO® Club, held the first Saturday of select months at the Eglin Library. Registration is required! Slots are available for 20 children. Registration is “first come, first served” with a waiting list; notice of cancellation is requested.
2025 Registrations:
Children will be welcomed to the LEGO® Club with a new theme each month and challenged to build their creation over the course of one hour. STEM principles and creative thinking will play a part in making each build a fun and enriching time for every age! After the build hour and a short time of clean-up, each child will have an opportunity to share their creation with the group, talk about it, and take photos. Then everyone’s LEGO® builds will be placed on display in the Library for the entire month!
The April 2025 Club will center around a Minecraft® – themed build, decorations, etc. in celebration of the upcoming movie release. We will be giving away Minecraft® goodies while supplies last.
The Club’s start time will be prompt to allow for maximum build time. So, families are encouraged to arrive a few minutes before 10 a.m. Parents/guardians must remain with their child(ren) for the duration of the program and may be asked to lend assistance when needed.
