Yacht Club & Dive Club
The Eglin Yacht Club and the Yacht Club’s Dive Club are membership organizations providing a social outlet for members of the Eglin community who share a common interest in boating and/or SCUBA diving. Owning a boat or having your own SCUBA gear is not a condition of membership. Functions such as sailing, power boating, weekend club cruises, dive trips to local and worldwide locations, and many social events and outings are on the regular agenda at the Yacht Club.
Membership is offered to all active duty and retired military personnel, personnel TDY to Eglin AFB, Hurlburt Field or the surrounding area, civilian personnel, and employees of organizations working under valid base contracts.
The club is located on Boatner Road, before Ben’s Lake Marina.

Eglin Yacht Club is Available for Private Events
Looking to host a private event on base? Consider booking the Eglin Yacht Club for your next get-together! The Yacht Club on Boatner Road is available to rent for private events throughout the month for anyone with base access.
The Yacht Club is not available on first and third Fridays or the second Thursday of each month due to regularly scheduled activities.

SCUBA Diving Trips
The Eglin Dive Club hosts Gulf of Mexico Dive Trips on various Saturdays throughout the month. Divers are required to have at least an Open Water certification. Most trips depart the Eglin Yacht Club dock at 7 a.m. Dive locations vary but include both man made reefs, shipwrecks and natural reefs. Gear rental is available.
