The Open Journal

Wind down and carve out some space for creativity and calm at the Eglin Community Library’s new program: The Open Journal.

Join the library for a once-a-month evening of journaling for adults and teens every 3rd Monday of the month from 5:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. An optional prompt will be presented, but everyone is free to write, draw, collage, plan, reflect, optimize, and experiment! All journaling styles are welcome. The library provides supplies – you show up and get creating. This event will be hosted in a quiet room with soft music to promote a calming atmosphere.

No registration required. Teens and adults only. To maintain the intended atmosphere, the library’s asks for no children under 13, please.

This event will not occur during May, August, or December.
