The Oregon Trail – Live Action Adventure (Single Airmen’s Initiative Program)
Dust off your wagon wheels and pack your salt pork! The Eglin Community Library is bringing the pixelated peril of the 19th century to life for a special Oregon Trail Live Action Adventure on July 13 at 5 p.m.! This session is specifically for adults as part of the Single Airmen’s Initiative Program, this program will see if you have what it takes to make it to the Willamette Valley.
This isn’t your average history lesson. The librarians are transforming the classic strategy game into an in-person, interactive experience. You’ll navigate the highs and lows of pioneer life, from managing your meager finances to making the tough calls that mean the difference between glory and a “game over.”
Celebrate the legacy of the game that defined 80s classroom gaming, now reimagined for a modern audience. Can you (and your party) survive the trail’s most infamous plights?
This event is strictly 18+ only, ensuring a chill, adult environment with zero kids. (No exceptions.)
