Navigating the Divorce Process & Your Money

Going through a divorce is difficult. The Eglin Military & Family Readiness Center can help with understanding and navigating the challenges of the divorce process. This workshop — designed for individuals who are contemplating divorce or have decided to get a divorce — aims to empower its participants with increased awareness of the resources and services available to them, while also helping to de-escalate their stress levels. Topics will range from legal and financial matters to relationships and self-care. Sessions will be held at the M&FRC (Bldg 205 on Van Matre Street). Please call to register.
