Additional services include flat tire prevention, engine inspection, drive within the secure area, battery maintenance, and more. SERVICES INCLUDE:
VEHICLE STORAGE
• Vehicle is parked on Eglin Auto Hobby’s fenced property, behind a gate locked after business hours.
PRE-STORAGE INSPECTION
• A pre-storage inspection is performed to identify any issues.
• Estimates are provided for repairs, and upon approval, repairs can be made during deployment.
INSPECTION APPOINTMENT & PAPERWORK
• It is REQUIRED to stop by the Auto Hobby Shop to schedule your inspection appointment and pick up the required paperwork.
• Make your Appointment at least one week in advance.
WEEKLY:
• Perform a walk-around visual inspection of vehicle.
• Start Vehicle and allow engine to reach operating temperature.
• Inspection of engine compartment for leaks & check battery voltage.
• Operate functioning interior switches, such as windows, AC blower motor, AC control head, radio, etc.
BI-WEEKLY:
• Drive car around the Auto Hobby parking lot twice. (Approx 1 mile)
POST-STORAGE:
• Perform final inspection upon your return from deployment.
