Bayview Event Center

The Bayview Event Center is Eglin’s place for private functions, office functions, and special occasions. Several versatile event spaces are available for reservation by any organization or individual with base access. And there is no room charge!

Weddings, retirement and promotion ceremonies, holiday parties, squadron functions, social hours, conferences, team-building workshops — all events of every kind are welcome at the Bayview! The Bayview Event Center is located on the west side of Eglin, past the Eglin Hospital, at the end of Boatner Road. Staff can assist in reserving the proper space for the date(s) you desire, and provide connection to catering partners and other services to enhance your function.

Food & Beverage/Catering:

No outside alcohol is permitted.
If you wish your event to be catered by a company that provides a professional catering staff during your event, only the Bayview’s contracted caterers may be used.
You may choose to bring in catered food from an establishment as long as no staff is present at event.
Walk in coolers and food warmers are available.

Tables & Chairs:

Bayview can provide tables and chairs, but setup is not included.
