The Eglin Youth Center’s Youth Relocation program provides pre-arrival, arrival, and pre-departure services for youth relocating to and from the installation.

For Arrivals:
Please fill out and submit the “Welcome to Eglin” Form (PDF)

For Departures:
Please fill out and submit the “We Will Miss You” Form (PDF)

For Pen Pals:
If you are a youth interested in being an Eglin Pen Pal, please fill out and submit the “I Want to be an Eglin Pen Pal” Form (PDF)
