Gate To Gate is more than just a race, it’s a tradition. On May 16, hundreds of runners will hit the pavement, and we need YOU to help them reach the finish line.
Whether you’re looking to support the community, earn a Letter of Appreciation (LOA), or just experience the excitement of race day, we have a spot for you.
Volunteer Details:
Date: Saturday, May 16, 2026
Show Time: 5:30 AM (Security Forces Volunteers: 4:45 AM)
Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older.
Commitment: 5 hours required to receive an LOA.
Roles Available: From high-energy roles like Finish Line Setup and Water Stations to critical support like Traffic Control, Road Guard, and assisting Security Forces with EAL, there is a position for every skill set.
Mandatory Volunteer Meetings: To ensure a smooth race day, all volunteers must attend one of the following briefings:
May 12: 10 – 11 AM
May 14: 10 – 11 AM
Location: Marketing Conference Room (Upstairs in the Eglin Library, Bldg 843)
