Private Organizations

Any private organization or unofficial unit affiliated activity wishing to raise money on Eglin AFB may be required to coordinate their fundraiser through the 96th Force Support Squadron Private Organization Office.

  • Fundraisers that must be approved by the 96th Force Support Squadron Commander (96 FSS/CC) must be submitted 30 days prior to the event to allow sufficient time to obtain all the necessary approvals
  • There will be no fundraising on the installation during the AFAF unless the intent is to raise funds solely for the campaign
  • It is the responsibility of the individual designated fundraiser point-of-contact to furnish the appropriate supporting documentation with their fundraiser request
  • All fundraisers involving food must be coordinated with Public Health (883-8612)
  • Approval must be obtained from the building custodian of the site of the event, if applicable
  • Only 3 fundraisers are authorized per calendar quarter
  • Only Private Organizations can solicit and only off-base. On-base solicitations are not permitted
