Boot Camp Training ($)
Dynamic stretching and running, followed by a wide variety of interval training, including lifting weights/objects, pulling rubber TRX straps, pushups/situps, plyometrics, and various types of intense explosive routines.
FIP/GPP (Fitness Improvement Plan & General Physical Preparedness)
This 8-week course for everyone is designed to build basic aerobic capacity, improve conditioning and mobility, plus instruction on proper warm ups and cool downs.
Cycle Club*
Join fellow cyclists for an indoor spin class that’s fun, fast-paced, and beginner-friendly! Class is FREE and first come, first served. *Not an Eglin F&S Program
One-on-One Boxing ($$) ($$$)
Boxing training builds muscle, Strengthens agility, and supports weight loss. Our trainer is ACEยฎ certified with 8 years of experience and green level certified in USA boxing. All base personnel fitness levels are welcome by appointment only for ages 15 and up. ($$)
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) ($)
This fast-paced, effective workout helps you get in shape, build endurance, and boost your metabolism. FREE class at Main Fitness Center is limited to 10 participants, first come, first serve. Fees are charged for classes held at Building 720. No sign-up required.

Improve balance and flexibility while gaining strength. Bring your own yoga mat. Held at Building 720 and no sign-up required.
