Group Fitness Classes

All classes are held at the Main Fitness Center.

($) = $7 per person, per class
($$)/($$) = Fees are set by instructor/trainer based on needs of patrons needs.

No Classes held on Federal Holidays or AFMC Family Days.
Classes and programs are subject to change.

F.I.T (Functional Interval Training) A comprehensive program that focuses on functional movements across four distinct tracks, each lasting 8-12 weeks. The program emphasizes measurable progress in strength, capacity, and overall physical fitness, with baselines established at the start and retested at the end. Goals: Improve strength, aerobic capacity, and overall physical preparedness through varied, scalable exercises. 

AWW (Aging With Wellness) Focuses on improving balance, stability, and overall wellness, particularly for participants aged 60 and above. Goals: Enhance mobility, prevent falls, and promote healthy aging. 

FIP/GPP (Fitness Improvement Plan & General Physical Preparedness) An 8-week program aimed at improving aerobic capacity, conditioning, and mobility with structured exercises. Goals: Boost cardiovascular health and physical fitness. 

Cycle Club A beginner-friendly spin class designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and lower body strength. Goals: Increase cardio fitness and strengthen legs.  *Not an Eglin F&S Program.

TTLL (Tight Tummy & Loose Limbs) Combines core exercises with flexibility training to improve posture and prevent injuries. Goals: Strengthen core muscles and increase flexibility. 

Zumba® ($) A dance-based workout that blends Latin and international music with movement to enhance cardio fitness. Goals: Improve cardiovascular health and promote weight loss in a fun environment. 

Yoga ($) Focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and relaxation through guided poses and breathing exercises. Goals: Enhance flexibility, strengthen muscles, and reduce stress. 

Boxing ($$) A high-intensity workout combining boxing techniques with strength and cardio training. Goals: Build strength, agility, and cardiovascular fitness. Our trainer is ACE® certified with 8 years of experience and green level certified in USA boxing. All base personnel fitness levels are welcome by appointment only for ages 15 and up. Call 850-882-6223 to schedule.

CIRCL Mobility ($) A class designed to improve joint health, flexibility, and mobility through targeted exercises. Goals: Increase range of motion and prevent injuries. 

Pilates ($) Strengthens core muscles and improves flexibility with mat exercises and light equipment. Goals: Enhance core strength and body control.

HIIT ($) A high-intensity interval training class alternating between intense activity and rest, aimed at maximizing calorie burn and improving fitness. Goals: Boost metabolism, improve endurance, and enhance overall fitness. 

Dance Fusion ($) A dynamic dance workout that mixes various dance styles for a full-body cardio session. Goals: Improve cardio health, coordination, and rhythm in a fun, creative environment.Â
