Fitness Improvement Plan & General Physical Preparedness (FIP/GPP) is an 8-week program aimed at improving aerobic capacity, conditioning, and mobility with structured exercises.
Goals: Boost cardiovascular health and physical fitness.
All classes are held at the Phoenix Fitness Center.
No Classes held on Federal Holidays or Mission Resilience Days. Classes and programs are subject to change.
