Get ready to power up your summer reading! ☀️🕹️ The Eglin Community Library is launching this year’s Summer Reading Program featuring the theme, “Level Up at Your Library”, with an epic party on May 31st, from 10 a.m. to Noon!

Join us for a morning of fun including crafting stations, giveaways, games, and more! The first 100 young adventurers (children) through the door will receive a legendary goodie bag! (Must be present to win.)

Our library staff, the wise guides of this realm, will be on hand to assist you with Summer Reading registration and reveal this year’s incredible incentives and grand prize treasures! 💎

No registration required to attend. Bring your family, your spouse, your buddies, that co-worker you want to introduce to your monthly book club, or just bring yourself and make some new friends, EVERYONE is invited to this fun, community event! Open to all with base access.

Prepare for an adventure filled summer with books, side-quests (more events!), and the chance to unlock amazing rewards! ✨

The iREAD® theme for this year’s program is Level Up at Your Library — Play is one of the ways we learn to relate to others, to think in new ways, and to foster friendships, new and old. Level Up at Your Library is an all ages summer reading program based around puzzles and games. Whether you’re playing with STEM concepts or gamifying your reading logs, learning to play chess or how to code video games, iREAD 2025: Level Up at Your Library reminds us that libraries are not just a space for knowledge, they are a space for fun!
